Summary: L10n of pprint

Initial Comment:
Representation of strings with non-latin national
characters is quite unreadable. Although we can use
current locale to determine full set of printable
character. This patch in combination with dysplay_hook
allows to get native representation for 8-bit strings,
including ones in dictionaries, lists and tuples.
