Initial Comment:
* more informative doc strings for mathmodule.c
* methods math.radians and math.degrees to convert
  between radians and degrees

This addresses feature request #426539.

Suggestions for better names (deg2rad instead of
radians?) or better doc strings will be met
enthusiastically.
