Summary: Enable Weak References to Functions

Initial Comment:
The patch enables weak references for functions, mainly
useful for lambda functions. Without this patch it is
possible for a PyQt programmer to write scripts that
will seg fault the interpreter.

Included in Python 2.1 beta 2.  Also added weakref support for method objects.
