Summary: Update Demo/tix tixwidgets.py et al.

Initial Comment:
Updated README and INSTALL for Python 2.1
and tcl 8.3

Removed hardcoded fonts and colors so it will use the
natve color scheme.

Rewritten tixwidgets.py to make Demo a real class, and to
fix a problem under Windows that was leaving undestroyed
pythonw.exe running after exit.

Added two new samples: DirList and DirTree.

Notice that I cannot close the SHList1/2 anymore when run
from tixwidgets.py; any help appreciated.
