Summary: support for Borland C++ compiler

Initial Comment:
Some minor changes are required to compile source with
BCB 5.

If patch will be accepted I will submit ky script,
(written in a popular scripting language) which
produces makefiles.

Patch is not so elegant as it should be, because
config.h is not used as it should be, just see the
mess in posixmodule.c.

I'm still waiting for a patch in context diff format.
The submitter has until Sept. 9, 2001 to provide a new
patch.
If I see no action then, I'll close and reject it.

I'm sorry, we don't accept plain diffs any more, certainly
not for this much code. Can you please submit a context
diff?

I've a feeling that this might be applied for Python 2.1 if
it doesn't break any code -- the changes seem simple enough.
