in the first line regex, we assign group(1) to
post_interp, which is None. So you get
#!/usr/bin/pythonX.YNone
as output, which is wrong.

This occurs only with versioned interpreters,e.g.
#!/usr/bin/python2 -O
Proper fix is to adjust the first_line_re.
