Summary: Alternative PyTRASHCAN subtype_dealloc

Initial Comment:
This is an alternative to patch #575073 (PyTRASHCAN
slots deallocation) that wraps 'subtype_dealloc' in the
(very slightly altered) normal PyTRASHCAN macros.

This patch isn't meant to be pretty, it's just to
demonstrate another possible solution. I would expect
it to be worked on before being accepted. I'm sure
there must be a way to safely untrack the object at the
beginning.
