the attached patch puts a warning message into the docs
for rexec.

I think it might be wise to "backport" this to 2.1.x
(and other old versions) as well applying to the
current tree, because the vulnerabilities it warns
about exist in the earlier versions also.

Anyone, free to tighten up the wording if you have a
better suggestion!

Used a slightly different patch, but largely the same text.
 Checked in as Doc/lib/librexec.tex revisions 1.14.12.3,
1.18.8.2, and 1.20.  I'll force this one update into the
"live" online documentation as well.
