Summary: calendar stdlib changes not documented

Initial Comment:
The calendar library module has undergone some heavy
changes from Python 1.5.2 to 2.0, which were not
marked as such. This patch adds the missing
\versionadded{} and \versionchanged{} stuff to the latest
revision (1.14) in CVS.

Checked in as Doc/lib/libcalendar.tex revisions 1.15,
1.14.6.1, and 1.9.6.2.

Thanks!

Always be sure to enter a description for each patch; a
revision can be marked with "(revision)". It's quite
tedious to figure out which is which if they look the same,
which they do if the filename and description both match.

The older patch is now deleted; thanks for the update!

Please delete the older version of my uploaded patch.
It was wrong. I can't do this myself, because I don't
have the permissions to do so. The second upload (24935)
should replace the first.
