Summary: Make python-mode.el use jython

Initial Comment:
I believe it is time to default to using the "jython"
interpreter rather than the "jpython" interpreter.

This patch does this in a minimal way, rather than
changing all 'jpython' references to 'jython', it just
changes the default interpreter command to jython and
notes the two names.

(I still prefer the 'JPython' name...)
