Summary: Make python-mode.el use "jython" interp

Initial Comment:
I believe it is time to start using the "jython"
interpreter by default, rather than the "jpython"
interpreter.

This patch does it in a minimal way, just changing the
command and acknowledging the two names.  (I still
prefer the JPython name, but...)
