Summary: Build error on *BSDs with _POSIX_C_SOURC

Initial Comment:
FreeBSD and NetBSD hides non-POSIX functions when
_POSIX_C_SOURCE or _POSIX_SOURCE is defined.
As a result, posixmodule can't be built for lacking
chroot(), major(), minor(), makedev() and errnomodule
neither.
Please undefine _POSIX_C_SOURCES on *BSDs. :)
