Initial Comment:
Distutils doesn't work with the current shipping
version of the Microsoft compiler (7.0). I've got a
patch that fixes it (context diffs of msvccompiler.py
against the latest code in CVS).

There's no uploaded file!  You have to check the
checkbox labeled "Check to Upload & Attach File"
