Summary: tarfile documentation misplaced?

Initial Comment:
At the moment the docs for tarfile are placed in the
section "Miscellaneous Services".
IMHO, it would be far more intuitive if they were
placed in "Optional Operating System Services", right
below the docs for zlib, gzip, bz2 and zipfile.
