Summary: buildpkg.py fixes for finding resources

Initial Comment:
Mac/scripts.buildpkg.py has some incorrect code for
finding and building the installer resources, at least
I couldn't get it to work as-is and it didn't quite
match some docs I found.  This patch fixes the
isntallation of the various pre/post scripts and also
adds the ability to use the RootVolumeOnly directive.
