Summary: installing modules are explained in old filenames
Initial Comment:
In the document of "Installing Python Modules", directory
and file names are based on Python 2.0.
For example:
coff2omf python20.lib python20_bcpp.lib
This patch is to change these version numbers up-to-
date.

patch applies cleanly to cvs head
"make pdf" still builds paper-letter/inst.pdf on my system
after the patch
I noticed two version-related problems in inst.tex after the
patch:
2.4. The Start Menu instruction mentions version 2.1, and
the interactive shell session is from 1.5.2
6.2. in the "coff2omf" line, only one "20" was changed to "24"
3.4. Should the MacOS 9 section be removed from the
documentation? We aren't building for this OS anymore, I
thought.
I think this patch is worth including, but with the two
items above fixed too.
