Summary: BZ2File.seek() fails for large files

Initial Comment:
The bytesread variable in BZ2File.seek() is defined as int instead of size_t making it impossible to seek beyond 2GB distances.
Affected are all Python versions.

Nah, it must be Py_off_t.
File Added: bz2-seek.diff
