[portland] Google App Engine

If you have a Google Apps for Domains account, it looks like you can
still sneak an invitation to the preview.

Go hit:

     http://appengine.google.com/a/<YOURDOMAIN.COM>/

Then use the button that says it's for the waiting list... I was only
on the waiting list a couple hours.
