[PSF-Community] STOP THE INTRODUCTIONS

Slack is not a drop-in replacement over mailing-list for our Python community, but for social introductions and quick messages definitely slack can be used without message archives (or as Emmanuelle Delescolle pointed out, Python being Open Source, Slack can provide archiving feature for free).
(FYI, so far 28 users have registered on Slack channel and is growing.)
