[PSF-Volunteers] New volunteers to the python.

Hello Everyone,

I am Meghraj Suthar, pursuing B.Tech from Rajasthan. I am just new to the
PSF, i know the python but do not know more about the PSF program, so i
want to ask you what are the ways in those i can proceed myself and i can
contribute. So help me out.
