[PyAR2] Letters and Give-Aways

Nice Greg, I like it. Now make it so no one can win twice. Maybe three more
lines of code?

Maybe save the big enchilladas (like the Wing licenses) for last during the
panel session. No way to keep people around til the end like bribery, eh?
