[PyAR2] wxPython book suggestions

I have the wxPython in Action Book by Manning.  It has lots of code
examples but, if memory serves, quite a few typos.  It may be out of date
as well, as I got it years ago ((C) 2006, unless it has been updated).  I
really like the Manning series, though.
