[PyAR2] Monthly user group meeting

I've been toying with the idea of trying to start something like that here 
in the Fort Smith area. I don't know that there are a lot of Python users 
out here, but I think there could be enough draw from some of the schools 
to make it useful enough. Especially with the Raspberry Pi out.
