I can't say I've been between DFW and Addison at that time, but I used
to drive to Addison (I'm NE in Richardson, at UTD) everyday around
those times for work... 4pm is nothing compared to when people get out
of work (5:30-7 is pretty miserable on any Dallas highways)... I'd say
30-40 minutes is a good estimate.
