I also created the board to keep the discussions (
https://gingerhq.com/pycon-se/). You should've all received an invitation
by now. I'll make you all administrators of the group so that you can add
anyone that wants to join.

I created some discussions for us to keep track of anything we find during
the week or anything that we want to discuss offline.
