[Pycon-volunteers] PyCon 2016 Volunteering - Registration Desk

Dear volunteers,

We are a little more than one week away from PyCon! You are receiving this
message because you have signed up to help check people in at the
registration desk.

   - Where: The registration desk will be located on the 1st level in the
   Oregon Convention Center. It will be setup right outside of Exhibit Hall A.
   Please see this floor plan to get an orientation of where it will be (the
   star shape designates the area):

   - When: Your scheduled times and days are listed here:
   bit.ly/PyCon-2016-Registration-Volunteer
   - Who: Our managers at registration are Jackie and Chad. When you arrive
   go see either of them so they can train you. The training is super quick
   and involves scanning barcodes and using an iPad. If you are signed up for
   a morning time slot, it will be busy and it will require a lot of standing.
   If an attendee asks you a question you cannot answer, ask Jackie for
   advice.

Most importantly: Thank you so much for volunteering at PyCon. The time you
put in helps our attendees have a great experience at the conference. We
