[Pycon-volunteers] PyCon 2017 - Registration Volunteer Information

Dear volunteers,

We are less than one week away from PyCon! You are receiving this message
because you have signed up to help check people in at the registration desk.


   - Where: The registration desk will be located on the 1st level in the
   Oregon Convention Center. It will be setup right outside of Exhibit Hall A.
   Please see this floor plan to get an orientation of where it will be (the

   - When: Your scheduled times and days are listed here: bit.ly/PyCon2017-
   Volunteer-Reg
   - Who: Our manager at registration is Jackie. When you arrive go see her
   so she can train you. The training is super quick and involves scanning
   barcodes and using an iPad. If you are signed up for a morning time slot,
   it will be busy and it will require a lot of standing. If an attendee asks
   you a question you cannot answer, ask Jackie for advice.
