[Pycon-volunteers] PyCon 2017 - Young Coders Setup Volunteer Information

Dear Volunteer - 

We are just a couple of days away from the start of PyCon 2017! You are receiving this message because you have signed up to help setup the Young Coders room on Friday, May 19th. The Young Coders class setup will be held in room B118 & B119.

Below is a list of quick instructions for the day of:
Setup starts at 4pm. It may not take the full two hours so we do recommend showing up on time.
We will have the previous and current Young Coder teachers there. They will instruct you on how to help set up.

if there are any issues or an emergency please call Ewa 415 319 5237 (tel:(415)%20319-5237) or go to room A103. If it is a serious medical emergency, please call 911 first.
