Dear Volunteer,

You are receiving this message because you signed up for help with the 5k Run on the morning of Saturday, May 20th. 
You will help either by clocking runner time or being a mile-maker. 
The 5k webpage has a map of where everyone should meet and how to walk there from the convention center: https://us.pycon.org/2017/5k/
Please arrive at 6:30am and see either Nick Lang or Sam Gordon - they are the 5k coordinator for 2017.
if there are any issues outside of the above or an emergency please call Ewa 415 319 5237 (tel:(415)%20319-5237) or seek Nick or Sam. If it is a serious medical emergency, please call 911 first.
