[Pycon-volunteers] PyCon 2018 Volunteer Sign Ups

Hey Rami, Julia, everyone -

PyCon Charlas would like to keep their own tab as it currently is. I gave
Mario access to it in case he wanted to change the times and slot.

They will work on getting Spanish speakers to fill those slots.
