[Pycon-volunteers] Updating the PyLadies Auction Volunteers Spreadsheet

I have updates the spreadsheet. I made a bit of a hash of it, but it should
be good enough.
I know some of those who have already volunteered are interested in
different roles, so we should contact them to let them know the sheet has
changed, if possible.
