[pycon-za] Website version 2.0 up!

Greetings

The new za.pycon.org website is live and running. I'd appreciate
everyone here playing around with it for a bit and giving feedback
before we start the big announcements.

I've dumped the registration and speaker databases to file and cleared
them out. Everyone who registers now is officially signing up. I'll be
converting the dumped data to CSV so that we can email all the people
who signed up previously and asked them to register.
