Equipment should be easy enough to arrange, although ensuring we have
adequate storage on hand will require some planning. The tricky bits
are manpower to handle the recordings during the conference (we can
probably manage that with a handful of volunteers if we're not trying
to be too fancy with how we record the talks [1]), and massaging the
recordings into shape after the conference, which, while it can be
managed by volunteers, will require a large chunk of time.

[1] We can always use the time-honoured academic tradition of
sponsoring the attendance fee of a few students provided they handle
the recordings.
