I don't want to end up in the same situation as ScaleConf, where I have
a pile of crappy video on my computer that needs lots of love and
attention to get it presentable.

Either we do it ourselves, and put in the effort beforehand + during the
conference, when the energy is there. Or we give the problem to people
who are paid :)
