[pycon-za] We have a schedule!

Greetings

I've just finished heavily updating the draft schedule and speaker
status spreadsheet.

Schedule:
* is full (although we have a day or so to decide to bump talks out if we want)
* has something close to the correct structure, I think.
* needs work to fine-tune the placement of talks (suggestions appreciated)

Status document:
* listing all speakers

I've also:

* Uploaded all the talk information I have into the pyconza site
database so it's ready for populating the schedule on the site.
* Chased all the speakers who haven't uploaded talks yet.

A big thank you to Adrianna for proof-reading all the submissions for
me and fixing many talk title capitalizations.
