Really for the attention of Kristian:

STTRs are between £250/£300 each per day, and they work in pairs (so if we're to cover two tracks that would be two pairs).

Transcripts are £50 per STTR per day.

For two tracks over four days, that would be:

2 STTRs * 2 tracks * 4 days * £350 = £5600.

Two of the STTRs would be travelling from further away so we would need to cover travel and accommodation.

We could save by:

* only having them cover the main track, so only two STTRs
* not having the open day covered
