In theory, yes; in practice, it could make things difficult until we
move from CVS to something else, unless we continue using the directory
structure as the navigation structure.

Gotcha.  I just tarred up all the .ht files, but didn't get the .h
files; as a .bz2, that's 700K.  How do you want it delivered?
