[Pydotorg-www] website bug at python.org - unable to report

Hello,

I'd like to report website bug on http://www.python.org/dev/summary/

But doing so requires ability to create a trac ticket, according to
http://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonWebsiteCreatingNewTickets

So could You please create an account for me, or please forward this bug to
appropriate person.

At http://www.python.org/dev/summary/
RSS feed points to http://www.python.org/dev/summary/channews.rdf
however data do not include new python-dev summaries. it stopped around
january 2006.
