but it is only 20 lines of code and the request did not mention "add a lot 
of other things to www.python.org"

anyway the real questions are

* does it work on ie
* are the languages fixxed or dynamic or configurable (halfdynamic)
* should the link below change too ? maybe not, because it is the
   entry point, the toc.
