[pydotorg-www] Porting python.org website

My name is Prashant Kumar. I and my friend Zubin have recently finished the
porting of Configobj. I was wondering if there is any way we could help in
the porting of python.org website over to python3k. It would be great if we
get the information regarding the dependencies which could be a factor in
hampering the porting over to Python3, the framework being used for hosting
and other necessary details.
