[pydotorg-www] Link request for PyCon DE

Hello Mike,

I've added a link to the conference on the workshops page and added a 
news item. I think you'll have to contact the pycon folk 
(pycon-organizers mailing list) to get a link on pycon.org, I don't 
*think* anyone on this list is able to change it.
