Hi Pat,

I am very pleased to hear that our application was recommended by the board.
 We're eager to support the PSF.

Correct, both the PSF Representative and Billing Representative are myself,
Steve Rawlinson.

Our new company logo is attached (a small and large version).  We are in the
process of updating the graphics on our website, and the new logo should be
in use within the next few weeks.  The URL is

I'm sorry that my application was mostly unreadable.  I'm not sure how that
happened.  I've attached a copy of the application to this email in Rich
