Unfortunately, as that, it is nearly as useless as a form to edit the
DNS (which *is* a webform already, namely XS4ALL's).

The Google form that anatoly proposed apparently resulted from an utter
misunderstanding what the *actual* problem is. Pat is in the process
of entering the forms into a bug tracker. Having a Google form in the
process wouldn't reduce this effort to the slightest.

Adding a form into the bug tracker would be much more reasonable, but it
still wouldn't help with the existing forms.
