[pydotorg-www] Commit rights to the Python.org site

Hello Jesse,

The normal way to get access it to email the pydotorg mailing list (not pydotorg-www) with your request and your ssh key. The only active person providing access is currently Martin von Loewis, so it sometimes takes a while for him to install new ssh keys.
