[pydotorg-www] PyPI OpenID Traceback

[anatoly techtonik]

Is it technically possible to provide a better traceback page so that
not only people with a priory knowledge of pydotorg-ww existence could
_easily_ report PyPI faults if we test our changes live anyway?
