[pydotorg-www] password recovery on wiki

I attempted to use the password recovery function of the python wiki per
instructions.  When I entered my username (RDavidMurray) and email
(rdmurray at bitdance.com) and clicked the button, I got the message at the top
saying that if the account existed an email had been sent.  However, looking at
my mail server log, there was no connection attempt from anywhere at that time.

Per instructions on the wiki, I am emailing this problem report here.
