Not out of the box, at least to my knowledge, but I have written an extension 
that puts edits in an approval queue for each page if the contributor is not 
part of the approved contributor group.

That said, just asking more sophisticated textcha questions will mostly take 
care of this problem, as we saw with this Wiki before.
