[pydotorg-www] No news appearing on python-announce-list for a month

Another data point which may help in tracking this down:
We sent an announcement to the python-announce-list this morning
at around 10:00 CEST. I did not receive the email from the list and
the email is not listed in the archive either:
http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-announce-list/
I double-checked my subscription to the list and delivery is
enabled.
