[pydotorg-www] Pushing pydotorg Launch to Wendesday February 19th

Good morning everyone,

To give infrastructure and redesign some more time to finish up the
important items, we are going to push the launch to Wednesday, Feb 19.

One major item that is still in the works is the redirect of pages that
will not be created in time to "old.python.org" pages. We are hoping that
pushing to Wednesday will give infrastructure and the vendors more time to
complete this.

The couple of extra days will hopefully let us also figure out /news and
/jobs as Brian has stated in his email (email subject line: Current content
status).

We owe a big thanks to everyone that has been devoting time to getting
preview ready for launch!
