top - [[FrontPage#software|Software]] - does not work because the relevant
anchor is labelled 'start', rather than 'Software':

Also I believe that such anchors should be placed before the
corresponding header, for readability purposes - e.g.:

I would edit the page myself but I am not allowed to do so, of course.
